I am simply providing everyone with the opportunity and experience “Da Sistas Dollhouse” offers.
“No additional guess. I will ensure that no unauthorized individuals enter the premises.”
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
If you are unable to comply with the established rules and policies, I kindly request that you refrain from making a booking. Adherence to all rules and policies is mandatory, as I reserve the right to deny services if they are not upheld.
Deposit Policy Summary
My deposit is a nominal $10 that is credited towards the services you provide. In the event of a cancellation, an additional $10 will be charged as a deposit for your next booking. This is due to the fact that the number of cancellations incurred increases your liability. Should you decide to cancel again, your next deposit will be $30, which will still be applied towards your service fee. After three cancellations, your full service fee will be required at the time of booking. Please note that time is valuable.
A $10 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to secure your appointment. Please note that this deposit is for securing your spot and does contribute to the remaining balance, which is due at the time of service (CASH ONLY)!

Rescheduling: Your $10 deposit can only be TRANSFERRED ONCE to reschedule an appointment. NEW $10 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be REQUIRED.(NO EXCEPTIONS)!
Confirmation Policy: Confirmation emails or texts are sent out the week of your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your appointment within 24 hours of receiving the message; otherwise, your appointment will be automatically CANCELED.
Timeframe: I do NOT rush on my clients. Please book only if you have sufficient time available, as styles can take anywhere from 4 to 10 hours depending on the complexity of the look.

If you schedule an appointment without paying a deposit, it is not valid. This is not a personal issue; it is purely business-related. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be automatically canceled unless there is communication between the stylists and the client.
Kindly be advised that my availability for hair braiding services is limited to the days specified in my schedule.

Booking Policy: Please include a valid phone number when booking, as the address will be sent via TEXT MESSAGE 24hrs. before your scheduled appointment
Kid Drop-Off Policy:
We provide braiding services for children between the ages 5-12. An adult is allowed to supervise the services for children between the ages 10-12. Hair and accessories are included in every style. To ensure your child's comfort and cooperation during their appointment, all kids must be dropped off. Parents/guardians are NOT allowed to stay inside during the appointment between the ages 5-8 (NO EXCEPTIONS) However, you are welcome to wait outside until the appointment is finished.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $10 being applied. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment date or on the same day will incur the cancellation fee.

Weekly Open DAY!
On a first-come, first-served basis, the opening is reserved. Should someone cancel, I will promptly notify you of its availability. Furthermore, on our open/free days, we do not charge additional fees for same-day appointments or last-minute requests
Please refer to the policy for further details, as I am not inclined to reiterate them. -15 min grace period, if you are beyond that reschedule with NEW Deposit

-Hair included with all braid services , a basic shampoo and condition included if needed (with fee) Invoices are generated for various purposes, and if I request a phone call or provide specific information, please trust that it is essential . Financial compensation is required AS SOON AS YOUR SERVICE IS COMPLETED!
